Congratulations to our Rivercrest teachers who earned state merit pay - Morgan Barnes, Daniel Brewer, Brittany Stephens and Tammy Wood! This award recognizes those with the highest three-year average growth scores or those teaching in critical shortage areas with proven student growth. Your impact is measurable and powerful. Thank you for raising the bar for our students and our district! We also want to thank all of our teachers across the district who continue to show value added student growth each year. Thanks to a generous matching donation from Steel River Solar, Rivercrest now has a brand-new digital sign lighting up our campus! Both Rivercrest Elementary and Rivercrest High School proudly dedicated $7,500 each from their PEER Growth Funds, which were earned through students’ academic growth on state assessments. Keep an eye out for school updates, celebrations, and more as we continue growing forward together.

The students in Mrs. Cain's Fashion and Interior Design class have dedicated themselves tirelessly over the past several weeks to cut and sew 80 window curtains for the classroom doors. This project is part of a broader initiative to enhance the safety of our classrooms. These students, along with others not pictured, have developed the necessary skills to complete this task with exceptional craftsmanship. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to improving the Rivercrest community.
