Rivercrest School District is Hiring a Temporary School Nurse
Rivercrest School District is seeking a licensed LPN or RN to serve in a temporary nursing position at the beginning of the school year and throughout the year as needed to substitute for our school nurses.
This temporary position would be a wonderful opportunity for a retired nurse or someone looking for flexible, temporary work while making a difference in the lives of our students.
Anyone interested is encouraged to contact Shantele Raper at shantele.raper@smccolts.com or 870-655-0805 for more information.

We know every dollar counts, and we are committed to investing our instructional resources in ways that directly support students and families. By providing the basics, we hope to make back-to-school a little easier for everyone.
This effort is made possible through Rivercrest School District, with support from our local community partners, whose generosity helps us do even more for our students.
Families can still have fun choosing personal items like a favorite backpack, water bottle, lunchbox, and headphones so each student’s personality can shine.
At Rivercrest, we’re committed to removing barriers, supporting families, and helping every student start the school year ready to learn.

These funds will be used to purchase an AAC communication device, visual supports, structured teaching materials, and handicapped-accessible playground equipment to help students communicate more effectively, build independence, increase engagement in learning, and enjoy greater access to play and social interaction.
Thank you to Ag for Autism for supporting our mission of creating opportunities for every student to learn, grow, and belong.

The Wilson, Marie, Bassett, and Joiner bus route is running late. We appologize for the inconvience!

But, if those summer boredom moments start to creep in, take a look at our parent-friendly grade level expectations for your child. They are simple, easy to follow, and great for quick conversations on road trips, learning days, or even around the dinner table.
No pressure, just easy ways to keep young minds growing while enjoying summer.
