Today we lost one of our Colt family. Tammy Fleming, Rivercrest mathematics teacher, passed away unexpectedly. We will communicate information about arrangements when we get them. We appreciate your support and compassion for our students and staff at this time.

The junior and senior high math and English teachers are spending their summer preparing for August. Teachers are working diligently to align curriculum to the new standards recently released by the Department of Education in order to provide the best education for students.

RJHS teachers are already busy preparing for the new and exciting things to come in August with Asst. Superintendent Shantele Raper. Plans include ideas for the new outdoor classroom. Thank you teachers for your hard work and dedication!
Rivercrest Elementary has a few 2022-23 yearbooks left for sale. The price is $35. They can be purchased and picked up at the school office Tuesday - Friday through June 30. An online payment option is available at https://bit.ly/resyearbook23.
Report cards for grades 7-12 can be picked up in the junior high office next week
Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 - 2:30.
Also, new diplomas for seniors are available for pick up.
7th and 8th-grade students are invited to join us for our enrichment classes this summer.
Mrs. Lucius and Mrs. Lancaster will be conducting hands-on fun activities for the students who attend. The enrichment class will run Tuesday through Friday, May 30 to June 22, from 8 am to 1 pm in the Junior High School building.
Bus routes will be run in each town:
Wilson- 7:10 @ store; Bassett-7:20 @ store; Joiner-7:30 @ store; Keiser-7:10 @ church; Dyess-7:30 @ old school; Luxora-7:15 @ old school; and Osceola-7:30 @ country club
Car riders will need to be dropped off at the Jr. High School Gym Lobby.
Doors will be open at 7:40 and pick up time will be 1:00 at the same location.
Students will be served breakfast at 7:45 and lunch at 11:30 each day in the Jr. High Lobby.

Our Rivercrest Colts are ready for the 3A State Championship game! They will take on the Harding Academy Wildcats Saturday, May 20 at 4:00pm at University of Central Arkansas Bear Stadium. Go Colts!!!! ⚾️ 🏆

The Rivercrest Spring Football Game has been RESCHEDULED for Monday, May 22 @ 7PM.
Your Rivercrest Colts are State Championship bound after shutting out CAC 7-0.
Jaxon Kilburn didn't allow a single run as the Colts defeated Central Arkansas Christian 7-0 on Monday. Kilburn allowed just five hits.
Rivercrest got on the board in the second inning when Jacob Atchley singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
Rivercrest put up three runs in the sixth inning. Rivercrest scored its runs on a 3 RBI double by Conner Vaughn.
Kilburn got the start for Colts. The righthander allowed five hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out three.
Rivercrest totaled 11 hits. Keiran Morris, Austin Elrod, and Vaughn each racked up multiple hits for Rivercrest Colts. Morris led Rivercrest Colts with three hits in three at bats.
The Colts will play next Saturday, May 20, at 4PM against Harding Academy in the 3A State Championship game at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR.
