At Rivercrest, we are always striving to ensure our students are learning and growing. The state’s school letter grades are one way to show our community and Arkansas how we are doing. We are proud to share that Rivercrest schools are showing overall improvements.
These results reflect more than a single score. They show that our students are growing. Whether a student is just beginning their journey at Level 1 or excelling at Level 4, every student at Rivercrest has the opportunity to meet their growth goals. We celebrate the progress and recognize where we can improve, always striving to give our students the best.
We are especially proud of our strong math growth, which is among the best in the county. We will also continue to support ELA growth for all students. At the same time, we know science is an area where we can improve, and we look forward to partnering with families to support this growth.
What do school letter grades mean?
Arkansas uses a new accountability system that measures three areas
Achievement – How well students master grade-level content in reading, math, and science on the ATLAS test.
Growth – How much progress students make each year, especially those who need the most support.
Readiness – At the high school level, this also includes graduation rates and whether students are prepared for life after high school through college credit, advanced coursework, or career pathways.
Letter grades give families and the community a clear snapshot of how schools are helping students succeed today and prepare for the future.
