Subject: Important Notice Regarding Timely Pick-up/Drop Off of Students
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. As we transition into winter weather we would like to take a moment to remind you of the importance of picking up your child on time. Timely pick-ups not only ensure the safety and well-being of your child but also contribute to the smooth functioning of our school operations.
It is essential to understand that delays in picking up your child can lead to unnecessary stress and danger.
Effective Immediately
ELEMENTARY COUNTRY CLUB STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP IN THE AFTERNOON BY: 3:45 pm
JR HIGH AND HS STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP IN THE AFTERNOON BY: 4:20 pm
ANY STUDENT NOT PICKED UP ON TIME WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF BUS DROP OFF PRIVILEGES THE NEXT DAY.
In addition, please do not drop off students at Country Club unsupervised or before 6:45 am.. Students cannot be left unattended and without a warm area for long periods of time.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter and encourage you to prioritize the punctual collection of your child at the designated pick-up time. Should you encounter any unavoidable circumstances that may cause a delay, please call the school in a timely manner to make arrangements.
