Rivercrest School District will implement HALL PASS as a new visitor management system in all buildings beginning Wednesday, August 16.
Hall Pass will support entry of all visitors, parents, students, contractors and volunteers at our schools. The implementation of the Hall Pass system helps provide a safer, more monitored environment for students and staff.
When visiting one of the district’s schools, all visitors must check in at the office. Once check in is complete, the visitor is cleared, a visitor’s badge complete with their name, date, picture and destination will be printed. This visitors’ badge must be worn while on campus and returned to the front office upon leaving.
We have four visitor check in locations for your convenience.
- Rivercrest Elementary School Front Office. Visitor parking is provided in the front of the building.
- Rivercrest Junior High School Front Office. Visitor parking is designated in the circle close to baseball field.
- Rivercrest High School Front Office- Visitor parking is designated in the circle on the East front entrance.
- Rivercrest School District Administration Office- Visitor parking is designated in the circle on the West front entrance.
With the addition of the Hall Pass visitor identification system to our school visitor procedures, we feel certain this will add another layer of safety to our schools. School safety and the safety of all students is a priority of the district. We appreciate your help and cooperation with this new visitor procedure. During your next visit to a district school, please remember and be prepared to present your picture ID.
The Hall Pass system was purchased with funds from the Arkansas State Safety Grant.
